Where is my data stored
When you add your data, the data is digitally stored on your web enabled device. Whether you are using a PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile device, all these devices will use a 'WEB BROWSER'. If for example you use 'CHROME', the data added is stored in Chrome in your device meaning, as long as you use the same device and use Chrome, you can return to your form anytime and finish it off.
Once you submit the assessment form, the data will no longer be saved on your web enabled device but on our secure server.
Can I use a different web enabled device to finish off my application?
Unless you set up your multipe devices to share data then the answer is No. To share data stored in Chrome across multiple devices, you need to enable syncing with your Google Account. This will synchronize your bookmarks, passwords, history, and other settings across all devices where you're signed in with the same account. To share data stored in Mozilla Firefox across multiple devices, use Firefox Sync. This feature allows you to synchronize data like bookmarks, passwords, history, and open tabs across all devices where you're logged into your Mozilla account. To share data stored in Opera across multiple devices, you need to utilize Opera's built-in sync feature. This allows you to synchronize your bookmarks, Speed Dial entries, browsing history, passwords, and other settings across all devices where you're signed in to your Opera account.
What if I want to start all over again?
Depending on the device you are using, you will have to follow the instructions of your device browser. Below are direct URL links to guide you further:

- Android support or https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392709?hl=en-GB&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid.

- Mozilla firefox support or https://support.mozilla.org/en-GB/kb/delete-browsing-search-download-history-firefox.
- PC Opera or https://help.opera.com/en/mobileios/history/.
Note: Once you deleted your browsing history, you will need to start the application form all over again meaning any data and documents you uploaded originally must be processed all over again.
Can I go back on my answers and make changes?
Yes you can.
Example 1
I entered the wrong travel trip, simply edit any of the travel data and it will auto save.
Example 2
I added all of my travel trips but realised my last trip I added the same trip again in error; all you need to do is change the last Yes to a No and that trip will disappear, then a new question will appear.
Does it matter if all my data information is not in order?
No, it does not but it makes logical sense if you enter the newest date first and work your ways backwards such as addresses lived at, travel history, visa applications etc., it will greatly help us to easily assess if any essential data is missing.
Tip: Putting yor data in chroicle order also ensures you have not missed any esential data such as adresses lived at or countries visited.
