Application Process Guidance

  1. The PCCL allows the client to register their core information about themselves to our digital platform. If the client requires a family to enter or remain in the UK, those family members must complete their own PCCL form and upload their own documents.
  2. Or firm will verify if the data and documents provided to the PCCL meet the rules of the application the client wishes to apply under. Note: Returning clients who preciously completed the online PCCL, will be directed to a top-up assessment form.
  3. Our firm will email the client their CCL based on the data provided in their PCCL. The CCL letter outlines information about themselves, family members, immigration history, good character and all associated costs regarding their application. Attached to the CCL will be the clients set fee invoice. The client is then required to go to our website and accept our CCL business terms. Note: Signing online the CCL, will authorise our firm to represent the client to the UKVI.
  4. Our firm would have agreed with the client the see fee to process their application and any family members prior to issuing the CCL. The invoice payment is due to be paid into HSBC bank account within 7 days of the invoice date.

8.   The CP is a third-party business whom UKVI works with to help bridge the client to the Home Office by collecting the client’s biometric data and their application support documents. Note: Biometrics appointment can be a free and chargeable service. Our firm tries to secure free slots. TLS contact operates in the UK and VFS Global operates outside of the UK.
