Every client who contacts our firm will be given the first 30 minutes telephone consultancy for free. If your case is a little bit more complex, we may extend the 30 minutes at no extra cost if the client agrees to use our services.
VISA SERVICES
If the client requires a visa service, we have a process that is very unique. First the client will receive a pre-client care letter email requesting certain information. Then we decide if further investigation is required or email the client their client care letter to read. The client will then access our website to authorise our firm and complete if required our online application form. The client can then download our business terms, rate card and visa process (step-by-step). The client can sit back whilst we process their application.
We can process visa applications from Leave to Enter, Leave to Remain, Settlement, Naturalisation and British passport.
BUSINESS SERVICES
If the client requires a business self-assessment, audit, compliance training, sponsor licence application and support, first the client will receive a link to our website to read and approve our business terms, complete our unique assessment form and from this agree with the client exactly the service(s) required.
In 2008 the Home Office introduced the Points-Based System (PBS). PBS was introduced to streamline the 80 visa routes into the UK and regulate UK businesses that engaged migrants for employment or studies. G4I was approved by the Home Office to support the newly introduced PBS which included carrying out site visits for compliance, preventing illegal employment and making sure HR systems were in order.
To date G4I has carried out audits and training for the likes of NHS, local government, SMEs and Corporates. We have designed our very own training program to help any organisation to operate legally.
As a member of ILPA, our firm was introduced to the head of the the revamped Points Based System. Because of this introduction our firms was added to the PBS Comms list that ensures we receive the latest updates directly from the Home Office.
The PBS Comms team approved our firm to include UKVI literature on our website to help educate UK businesses on the new Points-Based Ssystem that was launched on the 1 December 2020.
